Refund policy

All Sales are final except if there is mistake on the part of Onsite Svc LLC in shipping the wrong product, it will be the responsibility of the person recieving the order to make notice to OnSite SVC LLC immeditaly about the shipping error. In the event there is an error we may request photos or other proofs of error. There is no warranty except that explicitly specified.
